Seaside Villas One & Two

Seaside Villas 1 & 2 in Diani Beach can accommodate from 2 up to 9 guests. 

Let us know when you want to come and stay as our rates depend on the time of year. We will then send you the applicable rate and this will include housekeeping and cook services.

 

Low season mid-week rates

from $200 - $225 for 2-3 guests and
from $225 - $250 for 4-8 guests
(on weekends add 20%)

High season rates are

$250 for 2-3 guests and

$300 for 4-6 guests and

$350 for 7-8 guests

(on weekends add 10%)

n.b. Easter holidays & the Christmas/New Year period attract higher rates.

​​We can add an extra bed for a surcharge of 10% of the quoted rate per night per adult and 5% per night for a child under 12 yrs.

A baby cot is available at no extra cost

Bookings and Payment Terms:

We operate on a strict 'first come, first served' policy and can only confirm your booking upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the booking cost via bank transfer. The balance must be paid no later than 3 days prior to your arrival date; however bookings for the Christmas /New Year holiday period must be paid in full before 30th November.
