Our rates vary by season—let us know when you want to come and stay, and we'll provide you with the applicable pricing. All stays include housekeeping and cook services.
Seaside Villas 1 & 2 in Diani Beach can accommodate from 2 up to 9 guests.

Cleaning fee: A flat rate of $75 will be added to each booking.

Extras
We can add an extra bed for a surcharge of 10% of the quoted rate per night per adult and 5% per night for a child under 12 yrs.
A baby cot is available at no extra cost.
Bookings and Payment Terms
We operate on a strict 'first come, first served' policy and can only confirm your booking upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the booking cost via bank transfer.
The balance must be paid no later than 3 days prior to your arrival date; however bookings for the Christmas /New Year holiday period must be paid in full before 30th November.
